How to send employee pay stubs via Quickbooks Workforce through Right Network?

I appreciate you taking the time to contact our QuickBooks Live Team and the Right Network support to invite an employee for QuickBooks Workforce access, Cheyenne01.

Let's make sure you sign into QuickBooks Desktop as the Administrator to perform the process. Once done, turn on QuickBooks Workforce and invite your employees.

Here's how to do it.

1. Go to Employees, then Employee Center.
2. Double-click the first employee you want to invite.
3. From the Address and Contact tab, add their email address, then OK.
4. Repeat steps 3-4 for all employees you want to invite.
5. Select Employees, then Manage Payroll Cloud Services. 
6. From QuickBooks Workforce, turn the status On, then select Invite Employees.
7. Sign in with your Intuit Account. This should be the person who owns the QuickBooks Payroll license.
8. Select the employees to add to Workforce, then add their email addresses.
9. Click Send Invite. Once sent, you should see Invited in the Status column.
