How to set up a different hour of work on payroll

How are you doing today? I hope all is well. 

To clarify, do you need to make a one-time change to the hours or from here on out? I've included some steps for both below just in case. 

To change the default hours: 

1. Go to Payroll, then Employees.
2. Select your employee.
3. From Pay types, tap on Start or Edit.
4. Enter the Hours per day and Days per week.
5. Hit Save, then Done.

To make a one-time change for the upcoming payroll:

1. Go to Payroll, then select Employees.
2. Choose Run payroll.
3. Click on Make updates to upcoming pay period.
4. Select Actions ⋮, then Edit paycheck.
5. Edit the payroll items, then Save.
6. Hit Save & preview Auto Payroll.
7. Tap on Save Auto Payroll.
