Thanks for posting in the Community, @Kristie6040

Currently, we're unable to set up a paid time off based on one hour paid for every 30 hours worked in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As a workaround, you can browse our App Center to look for a third-party app that can meet your business needs.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Apps and select Find Apps.
  2. Search for a keyword in the search bar and press Enter.
  3. Select an app and click Get app now to integrate.

While the program is unable to carry out this task, we suggest sharing your valuable input with our software engineers. This way, they can review your suggestion and possibly take it into account for our upcoming product improvements. To do that, go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.

Additionally, gaining an overview of your payroll information is a breeze if you generate reports in QBO.

Please don't hesitate to visit the Community if you need further guidance in setting up paid time off in QBO. I'm more than willing to assist you further. Stay safe.
