An employee did not receive his direct deposit.  How do I verify the employee's bank account number?

  • Next-day: Workers receive their pay the next banking day after you send your payroll to us.
  • 2-day: Workers receive their pay two banking days after you send your payroll to us.
  • 5-day: Workers receive their pay five banking days after you send your payroll to us.
