Hello there, @cbanotai

Good to see you here in QuickBooks Community. I’m here to share some information about entering hours and minutes in QuickBooks Online.

The time format when adding your weekly timesheet should be in HH:MM. When you enter the time in decimal like 40.76, that'll be converted automatically to 40:76.

You can also search for a Decimal to Time calculator on the web to help you in converting it.

See this article for more information: Enter a weekly timesheet. Also, here's detailed guidance on the difference between weekly and single timesheets.

For more information on how to make time billable and add a Time Tracking user, check this article: how to turn on and set up time tracking.

I'm also adding this article to organize your employees by pay period. This makes processing more effective and helps in payroll management: Set up and manage payroll schedules
