I added a new employee to our company but they didn't appear in our payroll. How do I fix this?

I’d like to let you know that the issue about being unable to show the newly added employee for payroll has been reported. Rest assured that this will be prioritized among other issues.

 

It’d be best if you reach out to our Customer Support. This way, you’ll be added to the list of affected users. You’ll also receive updates or learn when a fix is available.

 

Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select the Search tab and click Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Select either Start a chat or Get a callback.
