The option to take off a listed quarterly payment is unavailable in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), Jeffrey. Let me route you to the best help available who can handle this matter on your behalf to ensure the accuracy of our tax data.

Since the Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your account, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can check the recorded tax payments in your profile and assist you in removing those you mistakenly inputted. To do this, here's how:

  1. Go to (?) Help. This opens the QuickBooks Assistant window. If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, tap the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  2. In the Type or ask something field, enter your inquiry.
  3. Press Enter on your keyboard to send it.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Moreover, since you use a Schedule C form (Form 1040) to report your self-employed income and expenses, would you like to know more about it, and how its categories appear on your financial reports? If so, check out this article for the complete details: Schedule C and expense categories in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

I'll be here in the Community if you have other concerns about managing tax payments in QuickBooks. Please don't hesitate to leave a reply below. Have a good one.
