Question

I agreed to pay intuit / QBO $99 a month. I was charged a total of $443.36 in just August alone. How do I get a refund for the charges that I didn't agree to.

I understand that every penny counts, @shopgirl65402-gm. That's why I'm here to point you in the right direction to check your charges with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Since the Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your billing details, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can securely pull up your data, check your monthly subscription, and process the necessary refunds on your behalf. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Choose a way to connect (Send a message or Get a callback). Make sure to initiate contact during support hours to assist you on time.
