I already process payroll but need to process some reimbursement checks. Do I use the create another check tab or process as a bonus only check?

Welcome to the Quickbooks Community! You can create reimbursement checks in three easy steps. If you haven't already, you would need to create the reimbursement item, define the accounting preference (which is optional) and then run the payroll with the amount. 

 

Depending on your online payroll service, there may be different approaches, so I urge you to review this article and select the appropriate one. 

 

 

You also mention a bonus check, and if you would rather do it that way, I am adding this article as a guide that shows you how to pay a bonus-only check. However, I encourage you to double-check with your accountant to see if this is the best move for your business.
