One of my clients was subject to a state audit due to unfilled tax forms with full service payroll.  They incurred thousands of dollars in accounting fees and state fines, and Quickbooks responded saying that it was an issue with the state, even though we have a letter from the state auditor stating that the transmission from Quickbooks was incomplete and the forms never filed.  They are seeking legal counsel on the matter, and I am in the process of moving all of my clients to a reputable payroll platform.  If you are interested please contact me.  [email address removed]
