I am not able to run payroll, any ideas?

I've checked our records and haven't seen any open cases like yours. That said, I suggest logging in to your account through an incognito window. This way, we can isolate web issues.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

• In Google Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• In Firefox and Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• In Safari, press Control + Option + P.

Once done, you can clear your browser's cache and cookies. This is helpful as it will clear certain data, which will increase the performance of your device.

Let's make sure you complete the setup of your payroll. This way, you can pay your team accurately and on time. If you haven't set them up in your QBO account, here's how: 

1. On the left pane, select Employees from the Payroll menu.
2. Press Get started to view the list of payroll versions.
3. From there, choose one that suits your business needs.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
