Good afternoon, @laurie417

It's great to see you back in the Community! I'd be more than happy to provide you with a date to run payroll so that it'll hit on Wednesday.

First let's ensure that you're setting up the direct deposit for your employees correctly. Follow the steps below:

  1. Connect your bank account.
  2. Verify your bank account (if connected manually).
  3. Pay your employees.

Review this guide on more details about these actions and how to perform them: Set up your company payroll for direct deposit. I also recommend looking over this article about adding direct deposit to your employees

As for your initial question, you can easily see your funding time in your QuickBooks Online account. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear (Settings) icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Select Payroll Settings
  3. Scroll down to the Direct Deposit section. Above your direct deposit limits, you'll be able to see your funding time.

These are the different funding time types:

  • Same-day: Workers are paid the same day you send your payroll to us. This is only available in QuickBooks Online Payroll Premium or Elite.
  • Next-day: Workers are paid the next banking day after you send your payroll to us.
  • 2-day: Workers are paid two banking days after you send your payroll to us.
  • 5-day: Workers are paid five banking days after you send your payroll to us.

Your funding time depends on your payroll service.

I hope this helps answer your question and gives you additional information about direct deposit. I'm only a comment away if you need me again. Have a wonderful Friday!
