I am still unable to submit by payroll. there is some random error that tells me nothing. It has been almost two weeks and I have heard nothing. Taxes are due. WTF

Our Payroll team can provide you updates and help this resolved. Before that, I’d recommend checking our business hours. This way, you contact them at a time convenient to you. Then you can follow the steps outlined below:

1. Select the Help menu.
2. Click/Type in “Talk to a human.”
3. You can enter “Payroll issue” in the field.
4. Select I still need a human, then Get help from a human.
5. Choose a way to connect with us:
   • Start a chat with a support expert.
   • Get a callback from the next available expert.

You can use this information to pay and file your state and federal payroll taxes online. It has everything you need to know to get your taxes settled.
