I'd be glad to address your concern about calendar pop-ups in QuickBooks Online Mobile app, Bedford.

Before doing so, can you tell me more information about your concern? Can you verify what's the specific pop-up occurs and what part it notifies when you try to set up a new employee? Any additional details such as screenshots would help me provide you with accurate information.

In the meantime, we can run your app by resetting the QuickBooks Application. This is the same as clearing the cache from your web browser. Let me guide you on how.

For iOS:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Click OK.

Also, I'd suggest disabling calendar sync if you allow the permission of your calendar app in the QuickBooks App to prevent the calendar pop-ups from appearing and verify if it's already working thoroughly.

If the issue persists, let's uninstall and reinstall your QuickBooks. Just touch and hold the app, then click Delete. Uninstalling the software won't delete the transactions and subscriptions you have.
