I am trying to set up QuickBooks payments and the personal information is already populated with old information. I can't see where or how to update this information.

The personal or payment information that is automatically filled in is a feature in your browser, not in QuickBooks. Personally, I have disabled this feature in my browser for security reasons because I have other users on my computer. You can do the same thing, but please refer to your browser's manual or contact their support team, so they can guide you through it.
