Question

I am trying to set up QuickBooks payments and the personal information is already populated with old information. I can't see where or how to update this information.

I've searched through all settings and don't see where they are pulling the information from...

Welcome and thank you for setting up your QuickBooks Payments account. I’ll share insights about the auto-populated information you’ve seen.

 

The personal or payment information that is automatically filled in is a feature in your browser, not in QuickBooks. Personally, I have disabled this feature in my browser for security reasons because I have other users on my computer. You can do the same thing, but please refer to your browser's manual or contact their support team, so they can guide you through it. You can also search for instructions online or find video tutorials on YouTube.

 

On the other hand, I’m happy to share some references about QuickBooks Payments that you can use in the future.
