I am unable to run payroll this week as it says I have already made an AZ tax payment for this quarter. How do I correct this and run payroll?

Let me help you with your payroll concern, john-brainpac-gm.

Once a payroll was run by mistake, voiding it doesn't stop it from processing. If you want to stop it, you may need to delete it so you can correct the payroll.

However, the ability to void/delete paychecks will depend on your processing time. Since you have the delete option, you can still correct the paycheck because it means that the paycheck is not yet processed.

The void option appears when the payroll is already processed.

Here's how to delete or void a paycheck:

1. Go to Payroll, then select Employees.
2. Choose Paycheck list.
3. Select the check(s) you'd like to delete.
4. Delete or void the paycheck:
   1. Delete: This option appears if the direct deposit has not been processed yet or the paycheck is not a direct deposit.
   2. Void: This option appears if you indicate that the check has been cashed.
5. Select the I understand that this action cannot be undone checkbox.
6. Click Delete Paycheck or Void Paycheck to confirm the action.
