This email will explain everything you need to know and the necessary documents you have to send. If you have hard copies of these documents, you can take photos and upload them promptly to the secure QuickBooks Resolution Center.

Upon receiving your documents, we will promptly review your case and notify you via email within two or more business days regarding the status of the hold removal.
