I can’t access my account on my MacBook for online payroll only can access on my phone since my accountant did payroll taxes ?

I can see how you want to access your account on your MacBook for online payroll. Also, I appreciate you for getting in touch with one of our chat support and trying out some steps about resetting the password.

Currently, QB Mac Desktop only supports accessing IOP from within the app. And, accessing QBOP from within QuickBooks Mac Desktop is unavailable. 

Just to verify, did you recently sign up for QBOP? If yes, accessing your payroll company from within QuickBooks Mac Desktop is unavailable. For existing payroll users, you may see inactive IOP companies as well as your active QBOP.

Since you're unable to access QBOP from within QuickBooks Mac Desktop, you'll have to access the URL in your default external web browsers like Chrome or Safari.

Once payroll is complete, you can export that information in IIF format, which will import into your QuickBooks Mac company file.
