I can't access the payroll options while using the app, any odeas?

I'd like to provide some insights and a workaround regarding your concern with accessing payroll using the mobile app, @sharon116.

When you're logged in to QuickBooks Online mobile app, you'll only be able to utilize the basic features through the app. 

Currently, the option to run payroll using the mobile app is unavailable. As a workaround, you can log in to your account and do some payroll stuff using your mobile browser instead. Once ready, follow these steps to run payroll:

1. Open the Payroll menu, then click on Run payroll.
2. Choose a pay schedule, then hit Continue.
3. Pick the employees you want to pay.
4. Confirm if you have chosen the right bank account, pay period, and pay date. You can also edit them as needed.
5. Modify employee's pay method as needed.
6. Type in hours worked if applicable. Please note that you can hide or show pay types by clicking on the Gear icon below the TOTAL PAY.
7. Choose Preview Payroll.
8. To modify or preview a specific check, click the Edit pencil icon next to the check's net pay, then hit OK when done.
9. Once completed, click on Submit payroll.
