Hello, @kyzerheather57. I can guide you on how to view your 941 in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The action to view your 941 tax form depends on how you file them. If you e-filed the form, here's how to find them:

  1. Select Taxes from the left menu, then choose Payroll Tax.
  2. From the Filings tab, select Archive.

However, if you manually filed them, here's how:

  1. Select Taxes from the left menu, then choose Payroll Tax.
  2. From the Filings tab, select Resources.
  3. Select Archived forms and filings.
  4. Choose the form, click the drop-down, then View.

If you're still unable to see the form, let's troubleshoot your browser to determine what's causing this issue.

Additionally, to view your payroll reports smoothly in QBO, refer to this guide: Run payroll reports

Thanks for your help. I  have done all that you have suggested and they still aren't showing up. I can view Q3 & Q4 but not Q1 or Q2

It's our pleasure to help, @kyzerheather57.

Since you're still unable to view Q1 and Q2 of your archived 941 forms after following the steps provided by ShangY, I recommend contacting the QuickBooks Online Customer Support team. They have the tools to check your account in a secure environment and help you resolve this issue.

You can reach our Customer Support for QuickBooks Online (QBO) by going to the Help icon at the account's top right. Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent.
  2. Click on the Contact Us button and provide some details about this concern.
  3. Provide us with some information about your concern in the What can we help you with? box and click on Continue.
  4. You'll now be provided options for connecting to our Customer Support.

Check this article for more information about the different types of support we offer and their availability: QuickBooks Online Support.

Here's also how you can run, print, and customize payroll reports in QuickBooks Online Payroll. It'll help you find reports about employee info, wages, taxes, deductions, and many more.

Let me know in the Reply section if you need more help with your payroll forms. I'm always here to answer them for you. Have a wonderful day!
