Not sure this will help you, but I solved my problem. In File Forms, I clicked on Forms Icon just above Filing History. The drop down option "Make a New Form Active", Click. I see Federal with no reports available, so I checked Oregon and still no forms available. When I exited out, all my File Forms populated on the File Forms menu.
I can see the importance of getting this payroll tax-adjusted so you can get your payroll run, @@jnrivard.
In compliance with the IRS and the states, QuickBooks doesn't have an option to edit the payroll tax liability manually. You'll have to contact our Customer Care Support to do the manual adjustments.
