I cancelled all services last week with a live person at QBO and we are getting notification that payroll is still running. Can how do we stop this?

how do we cancel online payroll?  we cancelled the subscription last week with an online QBO person and obviously it didn't work

In situations like this, we’ll have to review the status of your QuickBooks subscription. The process requires us to open your account, which I’m unable to do here in the Community since this is a public forum and for security reasons.

 

That said, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. I understand you've already reached out to them. However, it would be best to contact them again so they can review your account and verify if the subscription has already been cancelled.

 

Here’s how to get in touch with our representatives:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the ? Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion about your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
