I cannot run payroll it keeps saying there is a problem on Intuit's end.

When I go to payroll - after filling out the the hours - I go to preview and it says there is a problem with payroll. Is there a work around?

With QuickBooks Online Payroll, you can pay your employees instantly, accurately, and on time.

 

As of now, we haven’t received any similar concerns from other customers regarding this matter. This could be a browser-related issue.

 

Stored cache can cause unexpected behavior while using the application. To help you sort out this issue, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift +N

 
 If it works, kindly proceed with clearing your cache. This helps improve the performance of the application.

Once done, you can try to run the payroll again.
