I cannot see my paychecks or past items.

I logged in and it shows this error message.    This has to do with the Workforce intuit app and site.

 

We weren't able to show your payroll infoRefreshing your screen often fixes the problem.

 

I am not sure what it is.    I tried the web and also the APP.  I tried in private mode as well.   It was working fine this past Monday.

I can share some more information about this Workforce issue.

 

We have an ongoing issue with the We weren't able to show your payroll info error in QuickBooks WorkForce. Our engineers are working on the fix and are looking into getting it available as soon as possible.

 

The suggested workaround posted by our engineers is trying a different browser. Internet Explorer (IE) is not supported for viewing paystubs or W2s in QB Workforce. 


In the meantime, we recommend contacting our Support Team to add your account to the notification list. Once added, you'll receive live updates of the current status of the issue and its fix through email.

 

Follow these steps to contact our support:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu in QuickBooks, then choose the Search tab.
  2. At the bottom click on Contact us.
  3. Enter the keyword Account Management and Billing in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. On the next screen, scroll down to How would you like to connect with us section.
  5. Choose Chat with us to initiate a discussion with a live agent.
  6. Enter you account contact information then press Get a chat.
  7. When using this option, make sure to enable pop-up windows. The chat box will appear at the bottom right section of your monitor, and an agent will be with you shortly after. See this:
