We use QB Online Plus a new track time only user will not synch

I have not had an issue adding track time users before. I added a user two weeks ago.

I cleared all cookies in Chrome and Edge and still was not able to synch the user.

I also tried on a different computer.

I have not received an error message. All other users are working normally. I was able to synch a new user 2 weeks ago without any problems. In Time Activity Single activity her name does not appear in the Name dropdown, all of the other dropdowns are populated.

 

The Weekly timesheet will not open at all.

 

As primary administrator I am able to enter the users time.

I am also having this issue. When our other time tracking users login, their name is displayed at the top. I added a new time tracking user about 30 days ago, and they are able to log in, but their name does not display at the top and they are not able to enter any time. I believe their user login is not syncing with their employee profile. I have deleted and re-added the user, we've cleared cache, and we've tried in multiple browsers and computers, and both PC and Mac.
