I changed the address in my company information but when I run my payroll the old address is still on my paychecks

How do I make the change so it will show up o my paychecks

As an overview, the address displayed on the paycheck and tax forms is derived from the Payroll Settings and employee's Work Location. 

 

Here's how to change the address on your payroll settings:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon, then choose Payroll Settings.
  2. Select the Tax set up tab and click the General Tax Information.
  3. Fill in the necessary information. (Make sure to enter the correct address).

 

After that, proceed to updating your employee's primary work location. Here's how:

 

  1. From the Gear icon, select Payroll Settings.
  2. Choose Work Locations under Business Information.
  3. Click on the address of the Work Location, then update the address, and click Save.
