I click on the Tax Notice button to upload my tax documents and it takes me to how-to instructions. and no actual option to upload JUST the instructions?

Occasionally, too much cache buildup in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. This might also be the reason why you don't have the option or link to upload. To clean this up, let's open your QBO account in a private or incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P
• Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

If it works using incognito, you need to clear your regular browser's cache. Otherwise, let's switch to different supported browsers.
