Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve your 941 incorrect data, @Billy04

We can run the Payroll Summary report of the paychecks you’ve created, including total wages, taxes, and deductions. This way we can check where the discrepancy is coming from. Here's how:

  1. Go to Business overview, select Reports
  2. Choose Standard.
  3. Scroll down to the Payroll section or enter Payroll Summary in the search field to find the report.
  4. Search results appear when you enter a report name. Tap the report you want to view.
  5. Filter your report by the employee, date range, and work location, then press Run report.

After you click the report name the report will be generated and review all paycheck transactions to see where the discrepancy originated. If everything is correct and there's still an error in 941 data, please contact our Payroll Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and investigate what's causing this issue. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Choose Contact Us.
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select Get a callback or Start a chat.
  6. Enter your contact information.
  7. Choose Confirm my call or Send message.
