It’s nice to see you here in the Community, rulemfg. I'd be glad to help you show your DE9 form for 1st Quarter in QuickBooks Online.

You can view and print past filed tax forms if you choose Intuit to file your forms about 35 days after the end of the quarter. The process to view and print your DE9 forms depends on whether you prefer to e-file the form or print and file it manually.

If you have e-filed your tax form or we filed for you. Here's how to find it:

  1. Go to the Taxes menu and select Payroll Tax.
  2. Click on the Filings tab.
  3. View your current tax forms in the ACTION NEEDED or COMING UP. Alternatively, you can click on Resources and then Archived forms and filings for past forms.

If you manually filed your tax form. Here's how:

  1. Go to Taxes and then Payroll Tax.
  2. Click the Filings tab.
  3. Select Resources, then Archived forms and filings.
  4. Choose the dropdown menu to filter the form type you want to view.
  5. Select the form name, then View.

In case you don't see any DE9 forms available under Archived forms, you may want to check your payroll settings to ensure you have enabled the auto-filing option. However, if you haven't enabled this option, you'll need to submit the forms manually.

Furthermore, you may also check out the resources from this link for more tips about paying or filing state and federal payroll taxes online: Pay and file payroll taxes and forms in Online Payroll.
