Question

I did the payroll last month and the staff has still not received payment. I checked the paycheck list and it seems ok. What else can I do to make sure payroll goes out?

Hi there, @ryan-feinsteinla. I'll share what I know about your concern.

 

Your staff will receive their payment depending on the pay date that you've set. I recommend reviewing the pay date entered when you process your direct deposit. If everything checks out and the issue persists, you can consider contacting payroll support. This way, they can trace the money and check the status of your direct deposit.
