I'll ensure your mileage tracker will be visible and accessible within your QuickBooks mobile app, Juditha. I'll provide more information and offer troubleshooting steps to fix this.

You can find the mileage tracker on the Menu if you're signed in as a user with admin privileges for the company file. Please refer to the attached screenshot for visual guidance.

Once you've set this up in your QuickBooks Online, you'll be able to track this using the mobile app. If you're the admin or have these privileges, but the mileage option did not appear, ensure the app is updated for Android and IOS. Let's refresh the application to isolate the problem. This process is similar to clearing the cache on your web browser.

For iOS:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Hit OK.

For Android:

  1. Proceed to the Home menu or tap the three dots in the right upper right corner.
  2. Tap on Settings, then select Refresh Data.
  3. Press Yes.

That should ensure the mileage tracker will appear in your mobile app. I'm still available to assist you anytime you need assistance.
