I don't see the 4th quarter UI tax return for 2020 in the archived forms. All other quarters are there.

Since you're not able to locate your 4th quarter UI tax return for 2020 in your archived forms, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team. This way, an agent can review your account in a secure environment and investigate why it's not showing in your QBO account. I've included the steps to contact support below. 

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to Help (?).
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Enter your concern, then click on Let's talk.
5. Choose a way to connect with us (Chat, Callback, Etc.).
