Question

I don't see the payments I just input in QB under the Transaction List. I can see the tenants current balance. I see that the Status is paid. How do I find them?

Hello fatigued01!


It seems that you're on the customer's profile. I can help you with how to review and find the payments you recorded.


The Transaction List on the customer's profile can be filtered. This could be the reason why you can't see the payments. Follow these steps to fix it:

  1. From the Transaction List tab, click the Filter drop-down.
  2. Under the Type drop-down, you can select either All transactions or Money received.
  3. Select a Date or set it to All dates.
  4. Tap Apply and it'll show all the payments you created.


Another way is to open the invoice by simply clicking it. Under the Paid payment status, you'll see a payment made hyperlink. You can click on it and it'll open the payment transaction.
