Hello there, roger. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Allow me to assist you on how to enable payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QuickBooks Payments allows you to accept electronic payments with your customer's invoices and in-person sales. To proceed, you'll need to have a QuickBooks Payment account first. You can sign up for QuickBooks Payments, or if you've already an account, you can now connect your existing payments account to QBO. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your account as an admin to QBO.
  2. Go to the Gear icon ⚙, then click Account and settings.
  3. Select the Payments tab, and from the Existing account section, click on Connect account or Link Merchant Service.
  4. Review the account info and if everything looks good, click Connect.
  5. When the process is finished, you can sign out and sign in back into QBO to apply the connection.

After that, you can now set up your account so your customers can pay invoices online. To do so, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Gear ⚙ icon, then select Account and settings.
  2. Select the Sales tab.
  3. Under Invoice payments, click Edit 📝, then choose the payment options you want. You can also enter your Payment instructions. They'll show on all invoices you create.
  4. Click Save and Done.

You can use 3rd party payment processors to integrate with QB.
