I don't want my employees to see that they are getting a bonus check. Does anyone know how to turn off the notication?

You’ve made a good decision. Your employees will be surprised and grateful to know they have a bonus to receive.

There’s a way how to turn off the payroll notification in QuickBooks Online. Here’s how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Email Preferences under the Preferences tab.
3. From the Reminders Emails, turn off payday reminders.

Once done, they were unable to receive payday reminders from their emails.

However, if you still get notified by it, I suggest you contact our technical support to help you how to disable it on their end.

Follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Help menu from the upper right.
2. Tick Contact Us.
3. Type your queries and tap Let’s Talk, Get a Call or Start a Chat.
4. Just follow through with the steps to proceed with the topic.
