Question

I E-filed 1099 with QBO. Usually i need to send them to the state of california. I contacted the state and they told me i dont need to send them. is this correct?

Please be aware that even if you've already e-filed your 1099s with QBO, it'll still depend on the state if they require you to print a copy and have it filed with your state agency. Know that each state agency has its process of filing taxes.
