Good day, @landerson00.

You can still manually file Form 941 for the first quarter by printing it. All you have to do is to select a custom date period in the File Form section, then print it. Let me show you how:

  1. Find Employees and select Payroll Tax Forms & W-2s, then Process Payroll Forms.
  2. In the Payroll Center, click the File Forms tab.
  3. Choose the form you need to file from the list.
  4. Select File Form.
  5. Choose Custom from the drop-down list and enter the date, then click OK.
  6. Review the forms and select Check For Errors. If needed, correct any errors.
  7. Select the Print for Your Records button and click Yes to confirm.
  8. Choose the item to print and select Print PDF.

Once done, you can now manually submit the form to the IRS.

Additionally, you can enroll in e-services so you can pay or file your federal and state payroll taxes online. Please take note that you only use this service for filing or paying taxes for the current period.

Moreover, you can check out our payroll tax compliance links to get info on how to access your state agency websites.

Should you have any follow-up questions or concerns, don't hesitate to post again here in the Community or leave a comment on this thread. Take care and have a good one.
