I got an email saying my W2s were filed, but I haven't received them yet. Also, there's nothing in my filing section.

It could be that QuickBooks is still processing your W-2 filings. You'll receive an email notification once it's done.

I recommend checking the status of your filing on the status page, here's how:

1. Select Taxes, then Payroll Taxes.
2. Click on Payroll forms or filings, then select W-2.
