I got charged on my account 124.72. why is this

Is this charge coming from your subscription? If yes, it would be best to contact our support team to check the charge you're getting. Once our specialist validates the charge, you can request a refund. They'll help you process and get through with it. 

 

  1. Go to Help at the upper-right corner.
  2. Enter a short description of your concern. Charge
  3. Click Talk to a human. Then, I still need a human.
  4. You can then get a callback or send a message to start a conversation with our specialist.
