I have a problem with my paychecks it is block can you process please?

Lets ensure your payroll is activated, To check I'll show you how to do it:  

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online company. Then go to Settings.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Tap Billing & Subscription.
  4. In the Payroll section, click Resubscribe.

 

Follow the on-screen steps to complete your payroll renewal. 

 

Once done, let's run payroll to double check.  

 

If the issue persists, the best team to help you out with this is our Customer Support team. They can check your account, and they have the tools required to perform any escalations in the system whenever necessary on your behalf.  

 

Here's how to contact us:  

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. Then click Help (?).  
  2. Click Talk to a human.  
  3. Choose Talk to a human.  
  4. Enter your concern.  
  5. You can either select Get a callback or Message an agent to get a representative on the line.
