I have a request from the IRS saying that I need to file a 944 form. How can I do this from quickbooks online?

You can create and view annual forms, such as Form 944 or Form 940 in QuickBooks Online Payroll. I'll help you generate them so you can download or print copies if you need to. 

Here's how it's done:

1. Go to the Taxes menu, then pick Payroll Tax.
2. In the Forms section, choose Annual Forms.
3. Click on the 944 forms.
4. Select the date range, then make sure that the File electronically box is checked to file it within QuickBooks.
5. If you haven't set this up yet, leave it as is, then click the View button.

You can now click download, or print if necessary.
