I have an employee that is no longer in quickbooks still showing up in QB time that I need to delete

I had an employee that I entered into QB that never ended up working for us so I deleted her. However she is still showing up as a team member in QB time and at the time clock kiosk. How do I delete her?

Hi there, arboraesthetics1. I can show you the steps for removing your employee from QuickBooks Time.

 

 After deleting an employee from QuickBooks Online (QBO), they can still appear in QB time. To completely remove them from QB time, you can manually import your data from your QBO to QB time.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In your QBO account, select Time.
  2. Click Go to classic QuickBooks Time.
  3. On the top portion of your QB time account, click QuickBooks.
  4. Select Import to sync your QBO account into your QB time account.
  5. Once done importing, you can see that the employee's already removed.
