Question

I have an employee trying to get logged into T-sheet, but it keeps saying "We didn't find any companies for this account" I don't know what to do! Please help!

I have a new employee, that has been trying to get logged into T-sheets, but I can't get logged in! I have tried to login for him, as well, and it keeps saying "We didn't find any companies for this account." I have sent him both links on quickbooks online, and even tried making a whole new account! Please help!
