I have an employee who has accepted the invite for Workforce but when she logs in, she can't see her paystub.

I want to ensure your employee can access their paystubs in QuickBooks Workforce.

First, where does your employee access Workforce? Browser or app? Did she receive an error message? Any information can help us resolve the problem.

In the meantime, have her perform basic troubleshooting steps. Clearing accumulated historical data, such as cache and cookies, should help fix the issue.

Let her access the account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. She can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

• Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once done, have her access paystubs again. If it works, switch back to the regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, she can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. She can also use a different supported one.

If she uses the QuickBooks Workforce app, we have an ongoing issue with paystub access. Please be assured that our engineers are working diligently to resolve this problem.

I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to be added to the list of affected users. You'll then receive email updates on the investigation's status and be notified once it's resolved. Provide investigation number INV-92718 to expedite the process.

2. Select Talk to a Human.
3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
4. Click on I still need a human.
5. Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
