I have an employee who never received their W-2. How do I get them a new W-2?

I'm here to help you send the W-2 to your employee, bookkeeping-four.

As an employer, you can email your employees a copy of their W2s, or you can also print a copy and then send it to them. I'll show you how:

1. Go to the Taxes menu and then select Payroll Tax.
2. Under the Forms section, click the Annual Forms hyperlink.
3. From Annual Tax Forms, select an employee or click All Employees.
4. Choose W-2, Copies B, C & 2.
5. Click the View button and download the previewed W2 forms.
6. Print or email it to your employees.
