The Intuit acct is an expired 30-day trial of QB Self-Employed the company sent me a link for. I need to access certain aspects of the sub but can't because I don't have that subscription anymore but upgraded last year.

Let me share a few information about accessing your data from your expired account, richeypainting.

Once your free trial expires, your data will only be available for 90 days. After that, they will be deleted from our system. That's why we encourage you to download your data within 90 days so you'll have a copy. To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Go to the Reports menu.
  3. Find the Tax summary and Tax details reports.
  4. Select tax years you want reports for. Then select Download.

You'll also want to reach out to your company to check if they have secured a copy of your data. You can read this article for more information: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel? Please know that this article is for QuickBooks Online (QBO) and has the same accessibility as QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). For your reference, we have some helpful articles that you can read: QBSE Articles.

Let me know if you have any other concerns. I'm always right here to assist you.
