I have been unable to change the Connecticut Department of Labor New Contribution Rate. Please advise.

I'm here to ensure you can change the Connecticut Department of Labor New Contribution Rate in QuickBooks Online.

If you're using Enhanced Payroll, you should be able to change the rate from the Payroll settings. If you don't have this option, I suggest using a private window or a different browser when accessing your account to see if this is a browser-related issue.

If you can now change the rate, I suggest going back to your main browser and clear the cache. There are times that your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, causing QuickBooks Online to act strange. Otherwise, use other supported browser as an alternative.

However, if you're using a Full Service payroll, you'll have to contact our Payroll Support Team to change the rate for you.
