I have done all my to do list and still cant process payroll, what have I done wrong?

Follow these steps below:

 

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Clear your browser's cache.
  3. Add Intuit as a trusted site.
  4. Press Ctrl+J in any browser.

 
On the other hand, this may vary your payroll subscription. To find out which version of QuickBooks Online Payroll you have, go to:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. From the Settings ⚙icon, go to Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing Subscription, then Payroll.
  4. Select Plan details. Here you see which payroll plan you’re using.
