Hello there, @abig621720

I've got some troubleshooting solutions for you to access the Workers Compensation Tax Setup.

Before we get started, double-check the regular employee's profile settings. Also, double-check that you've entered the correct rate. If everything is in order, you can go on to troubleshooting. A browser's cache data can get full of frequently visited websites or broken at times.

When this happens, it causes odd behavior when accessing the Workers Compensation Tax Setup option. Let's try checking in to your account in a private or incognito window to see if that helps. This mode ignores any existing cache data and aids in the diagnosis of browser-related issues. Here's how to do it:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.
