I have had nothing but trouble with the payroll experts. I have spent to hours the last three days and they keep costing me money and time and still not fixing it.

First one did it incorrectly, I learned about it when I got the notice that employee was getting a deposit when it should be a zero dollar check, next one that was going to fix and void that one but created one that charges

Are you referring to a posted direct deposit (DD) transaction that was accidentally sent to your employees? Is the voided transaction still went through to the worker's bank account? Any details or screenshot is appreciated so we can narrow down this issue.
